There are athletes who show up, put in the work, and quietly get better over time.
And then there’s our December member of the month, Kyle.
If you’ve ever walked into Triumph Strength and heard laughter before the warm-up even starts, chances are Kyle Walsh was somewhere in the room. Kyle carries an energy that fills a class before the clock ever counts down. He finds a way to connect with everyone he talks to—new faces, longtime members, coaches, it doesn’t matter. You walk away from a conversation with Kyle feeling lighter, better, seen. He brightens the room not with volume, but with presence. The kind that says, “Hey—glad you’re here.”
Kyle is the definition of showing up. Not just in bursts, not just when life feels convenient—but year after year. Through seasons of life, a packed schedule, and responsibilities that could easily keep him away, Kyle still finds time to train multiple times a week. Not only does he show up—he pushes, encourages, and raises the effort of everyone beside him. The workout might be brutal, the clock might feel merciless—but if Kyle is grinding, you’re grinding too. His discipline hasn’t been loud or flashy. It’s been steady. And that’s what makes it powerful.

Every gym has one member who makes a gasping-for-air workout look like a stroll through the park.
That’s Kyle Walsh. If there’s a long engine session, an interval piece, or a burner that leaves the class staring at the floor—Kyle is often the one still breathing. Maybe even smiling. The man is a cardio machine with lungs made of titanium, and he has a way of making the rest of us look like we’re training at high altitude. But here’s what’s even better: he never uses that ability to show off. He uses it to pull people with him. Even on the hardest days, Kyle makes suffering together feel fun.
Kyle, thank you for everything you bring to this community. Thank you for the laughs, the encouragement, the push, and the energy you carry in with you every time you walk through the door. You make this place better—stronger, lighter, more connected.
Congratulations, Kyle, on being our December Member of the Month!
