Over the course of the last 6 months Melissa has been putting the work in and it’s paying off in spades. With PR’s in nearly every aspect of her fitness and massive jumps in her barbell work. Between her snatch, clean and jerk and squats she’s put on dozens of kilos to her maxes. On top of that, she’s been showing up and kicking butt in our group classes as well.
