Before finding Triumph Strength, Michelle Kain felt stuck
“Inconsistent, unhealthy, and in a way, even boring,” she described her fitness journey. Like many people, she struggled to develop the discipline to show up consistently. She bounced between gyms, online workouts, and diet plans — but none of it stuck. What she was really searching for wasn’t just a workout — it was a home.
“I had an inability to find a place to call home with a community that pushed me to show up even on my worst days,” she says.
Everything changed during a Triumph Friends & Family Week. The moment she walked through the doors, she knew something was different.
“It was hard, but in the most rewarding way possible,” Michelle recalls. “Despite my fitness level at that first class, everyone welcomed me with encouragement.”
What stood out to her the most was the support. A military veteran, Michelle deeply values camaraderie — and Triumph gave her that in abundance.
Since joining, Michelle has:
- Lost 20 pounds
- Dropped 3–4 pant sizes and 1–2 shirt sizes
- Hit new PRs across the board
- Decreased her body fat by 6–7%
- Gained confidence and mental toughness
- Improved her leadership at work
- Become a better mom
She now brings her son to the gym — setting an example of what it looks like to prioritize health and resilience.
“I am most proud of the mindset shift I’ve made. Learning discipline and practicing it daily has been a game changer. To finally believe in yourself after years of self-doubt is truly empowering.”
Michelle’s advice to anyone on the fence?
“Bet on yourself and commit. Triumph is a place that provides space to grow with full support. You deserve to see what you’re truly capable of.”
