Remembering Crystal Warner: The Heart of Triumph
Every year at Triumph, we set aside a Saturday in July to remember a woman who forever changed our community — Crystal Warner — and honor the life she built alongside her partner Bobby Jones. This Saturday, July 12th, we’ll once again come together to move, sweat, and reflect through a special workout in their memory.
Crystal wasn’t just a member — she was the embodiment of what it means to be part of the Triumph family.
“In July, I decided to give CrossFit a try, something I had always been interested in, but had always allowed FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) to hold me back… That day I walked into Triumph changed my life in more ways than I could’ve imagined… I always have a sense of accomplishment after class, and I carry that with me throughout the day.”
She brought light, courage, and joy into every class. From the way she supported others during tough workouts to how she embraced the challenge with humility and pride, Crystal reminded us all why we show up — not just for ourselves, but for each other.
Though Crystal and Bobby’s lives were tragically cut short, the impact they left is permanent. Their story is one of love, strength, and resilience. And this Saturday, we honor that legacy in the way we know best: through sweat, teamwork, and community.
The Workout (Partner WOD – 35-min AMRAP):
- 400m Weighted Carry
- 20 Power Cleans (95/65)
- 16 Thrusters (95/65)
- 12 Burpees
- 3 Rope Climbs
🕗 Class times: 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 AM
💬 Share a memory: If Crystal impacted your life, we invite you to share your story — either in person or online. Her courage lives on in each of us.
This is more than a workout. It’s a celebration of life, love, and the community that Crystal helped build. Let’s show up big this Saturday — the way she always did.
