Weekly Recipe: Easy Baked Oatmeal

Who doesn’t like oatmeal? It’s cold outside, but this baked oatmeal recipe by Eating Bird Food will keep you nice and warm.

We really like this recipe because it doesn’t take long to prep, and the recipe allows you several different options to make it paleo, gluten free, vegan, etc. So regardless of your nutritional needs you can make a delicious treat.

There are so many ways to make the oatmeal bake – add different fruit/nuts/chocolate chips, try different sweeteners, top with Greek yogurt, nut butter or maple syrup. You can make multiple servings for the week, and it gives you all the options on how to store and reheat.
