Group training has is benefits for sure. But using a blanket template style approach to fitness has it’s limits. For example, let’s imagine you have a personal goal of improving your deadlift by 25 lbs. If we deadlift once every few weeks in our classes, it will inevitably take longer to achieve said goal. The same can be said for everything from mastering pull ups to handstands.
