Based on the CrossFit prescription of "constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity," our CrossFit program combines strength training with the "classic" CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out Triumph Barbell is based around your needs as a lifter. With a 3-day and 5-day a week program we cater to your abilities and build up areas you may struggle with. This program includes a multitude of skills and drills paired with a percentage based strength cycle will help athletes improve their snatch and clean & jerk totals.
