We can’t think of a better way to kick off 2023 than to announce Amber as our first Member of the Month for the year. Amber has been diligently hard at work improving every aspect of her fitness, all while balancing life and motherhood.
As we always say, consistency is king. The best program is the one you follow regularly. Amber has blown past her previous numbers in almost every category. She recently easily back squatted 250lbs and added 35lbs to her deadlift max. We’re beyond excited to see what Amber can do in the new year and we hope that you’ll join us.
