Fix Those Saggy Butt Push Ups

The push up is one of the fundamental movements in our training. It translates into many other movements and is incredibly effective for building strength when done correctly.

One of the common faults we see in the push up is the sagging hip. This arises when the athlete is unable to maintain a rigid midline while performing the movement. Here we can see coach Chris demonstrate ways to help fix this common issue.
