Margaret stepped into our community in February 2022, seeking not just physical transformation but a lifestyle overhaul. Margaret came to us struggling with back pain, which made her daily tasks a challenge. But where others saw obstacles, Margaret saw an opportunity for growth.
Today, Margaret is a testament to what hard work, dedication, and a committed relationship with personal training can achieve. She has not just met her physical fitness goals, but she has surpassed them in a manner that commands respect and admiration. From battling persistent back pain to deadlifting over 150 pounds with ease, Margaret’s journey is nothing short of inspirational.
Her fitness metrics are equally commendable. Margaret has managed to reduce her body fat percentage down 9% and has been able to increase her muscle mass by 4lbs, a testament to her rigorous training and unwavering dedication.
