We usually don’t jump on “new” members to be the Member of the Month, but to every rule there’s an exception. Robert has proven that consistency and drive are a winning combination. Not only has Robert started working out more regularly, he’s taken his nutrition up a notch too!
Over the course of our Nutrition Kickstart, Robert lost 2.4% body fat and 9.5lbs! Losing weight is not the only thing he’s been hard at work at. Gaining strength and gaining new skills at the 6PM class has been a regular part of Robert’s daily life.
